Products and Pricing
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to change pricing, availability, and product specifications at any time without notice.
While we make every effort to display accurate product descriptions and images, there may be minor variations.
Orders and Payment
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
We accept payment via Cash,Bank transfer, Credit and Debit cards including Eftpos. Orders must be paid in full prior to dispatch.
For restricted items, your order will only be processed once your licence/permit has been verified.
We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders where verification requirements are not met.
Shipping and Delivery
We deliver Australia-wide.
Delivery times are estimates only; delays may occur due to freight carriers, customs, or other factors beyond our control.
Risk and ownership of goods pass to you on delivery.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

Firearms Compliance
All firearms parts and ammunition sales comply with the Victorian Firearms Act 1996 and any other applicable legislation. Customers purchasing regulated items must supply current firearms licence details and any required permits. We will not ship firearms parts or ammunition to any person or address that does not meet the legal requirements of the relevant jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to refuse any sale where compliance cannot be confirmed.

Performance upgrades and vehicle modifications may alter the performance, fuel consumption, emissions, and safety of a vehicle.
It is your responsibility to ensure that any modification is legal in your state or territory, meets roadworthy standards, and does not void your vehicle manufacturer’s warranty. We are not liable for fines, vehicle impoundment, mechanical failure, or injury resulting from the use or installation of performance products.
Licence and Use Restrictions
You may not reproduce or distribute Site content without prior written consent.
You must comply with all laws regarding the purchase, possession, and use of products.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the replacement of goods, supply of equivalent goods, or refund of purchase price.
