Our long range antennas have been designed to suit Garmin Track and Train T5 and TT15 collars, they have also been tried and tested in the field for over 12 months using different materials at varying lengths and we have found this to be the best performing length and material. They are all made in house and made using 3.2mm stainless steel pvc coated wire with genuine terminals and are completely sealed to reduce oxidisation. One of the most important factors in radio communication equipment is elevation above a ground plane for example your car radio/uhf antenna works much better above your roof line using your vehicle as a ground plane basically the higher the antenna the better it will work and these antennas hold there form and stand up straight above your dog gaining the most elevation possible as you can see in the product image with one of our own test collars even after over a years use.
